Huitian, together with Dongyue Group, exhibited at the 139th Canton Fair (China Import and Export Fair) which opened in Guangzhou on April 15.

At the building materials section, the two companies presented their 5th generation stone coated metal roof tiles. The product drew attention from overseas buyers, many of whom came from Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America.

According to the sales team on site, several foreign customers showed genuine interest and placed initial inquiries. A number of preliminary cooperation intentions were made during the first few days of the fair.

“The 5th gen tiles are lighter than traditional roofing materials, easier to install, and offer good weather resistance and fire rating,” a Huitian representative explained. A buyer from the Middle East commented that the product’s appearance and durability are well suited for local climate conditions.

Huitian manager Sara said it continues to expand its export business and sees the Canton Fair as a practical channel to reach global buyers. The fair runs in three phases, with building materials mainly featured in the first two phases.
